Kenneth Drayton, Director of Human Resources joins CLC – Kenneth comes to CLC with more than 20 years of experience in strategic talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity recruiting and management, succession planning, labor relations and performance management.
Prior to joining CLC, Kenneth was a HR professional in the healthcare industry where he worked to foster and build relationships with people at all levels. Kenneth holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Wilmington University.
