CLC celebrated The Week of the Young Child, Monday, April 3 – Thursday, April 6 with a series of special activities for the children. These are a few of the highlights!
CLC Palmers Hill kicked off NAEYC Week of the Young Child with Music Monday! Children sang and danced to a special musical performance from Lizzie Swan!
Children at CLC Early Head Start enjoyed a visit from the Stamford Fire Department today and Stamford Police Department! They had a chance to explore the vehicles, see the equipment and talk with the firefighters and police officers!
CHildren participated in Work Together Wednesday! When children work together they develop their social and early literacy skills.
Children at CLC Lockwood enjoyed Ferguson Library Day! Children participated in storytime with one of the librarians and families had a chance to sign up for library cards at drop off!
On Neighborly Wednesday, Stamford Police and the SWAT Team visited CLC William Pitt with their K-9’s.
On Thursday CLC William Pitt had their annual parade with staff, children and families!
