Scott Kapusta is Chief Wealth Management Officer at First County Bank and has nearly two decades of experience in legal and financial services. His career includes senior leadership roles in banking, investment management, and fiduciary services, including previously serving as Managing Director at Fiduciary Trust International. He brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and fiduciary oversight.
Scott holds both a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron. His community involvement includes prior service on the boards of Opera Columbus and City Year Columbus, as well as extensive volunteer work with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Scott has a longstanding interest in education, the arts, and addressing food insecurity. He believes in the importance of early childhood education and expanding opportunities for children and families to thrive. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with his wife, Jessica, their daughter, Juniper, and their dog, Cudi.
