Pay Classroom Fees
Classroom Fee Information
- Your tuition is determined through a meeting with a family service worker upon enrollment, and is reevaluated at least once per year. If your financial circumstances change, please contact your family service worker.
- Tuition bills are sent home each month, usually around the 25th.
- Your monthly payment is due on collection day, usually the first business day of the month.
- You may pay your bill in one of the following ways.
- To pay by check or money order, place the payment in the classroom collection lockbox on Collection Day before 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. for WP-A-3). After collection day, drop off a check or money order payment at 64 Palmer’s Hill Road, Stamford, using the secure collection box or to the receptionist. Please be sure your child’s full name or customer ID is written on the payment.
- To pay by credit card, please click the link below or stop by the reception desk at our Palmer’s Hill, Maple Avenue, or William Pitt locations.
- To arrange for autopay, please stop by the Finance Office at 64 Palmer’s Hill Rd.
If payment is not received by deny service day, your child will not be allowed to enter the classroom.

* Please note that Exclusion applies to families enrolled in School Readiness and Child Development only.
