The Cradlerock Group’s owner and CEO, Scott Conley is a globally experienced leadership development consultant and coach who has worked with a widely diverse client base over the past twenty years. That work has included focused interventions for intact executive teams, longer management curriculum programming, and individual executive coaching for C-suite executives across a portfolio of client organizations.
Conley is involved locally on the Board of the Stamford Partnership, the Citizen’s Advisory Council for the Ferguson Library, and is a past Board member at the Bartlett Arboretum. At CLC, he served as a past Board Chair and is a member of the Jennifer Lapine Leadership Council. Conley holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut.
