Peggy Middleton is a seasoned HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Leadership, and Human Services. Throughout her career, Peggy has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational value by focusing on people, processes, and performance.

Peggy began her career by implementing innovative HR practices in both private and public sectors, where she was instrumental in shaping effective HR strategies and fostering positive workplace environments.

Her educational achievements include two master’s degrees in Business and Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, complemented by several HR certificates from SHRM and the University of New Haven (UNH). Peggy is a lifelong learner and an active member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and the New Haven Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Peggy is dedicated to her family, including her husband, two daughters, and their betta fish, Speedy. She enjoys volunteering in her community, engaging in healthy living initiatives, and exploring new destinations.
