Noah Lapine is the Executive Chairman, Americas at adm Group, a marketing services agency. He previously served as CEO of Lapine Associates, was the founder and Chairman of Effectus Partners, and oversaw their acquisition by adm Group.
A life-long Stamford resident, Lapine has served on the boards of a number of community organizations, including CLC. He is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of First County Bank, the Mill River Park Collaborative, and Building One Community, and was a founding member of the Fairfield County Business Collaborative for Education Equity. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester.

I join the exceptional staff and my dedicated colleagues on the Board during a time of great change in the early childhood arena, in our city and certainly at CLC,” Lapine shared.
