Joel Weiss was hired as CLC’s Chief Development Officer in January 2024 to lead the design and implementation of strategies to fund CLC’s programs and growth.
Joel brings more than 40 years of non-profit and fund development experience to CLC, including 22 years as CEO of the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts.
Joel also served as the President & CEO of the United Way of Western Massachusetts and held the same position with the Lupus Foundation for New England. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from George Washington University, a Master of Social Work Degree from Yeshiva University, and his MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
