Jennifer Hallissey has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on strategic partnerships, fundraising, marketing, and program development. She joined Children’s Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) in 2015 and currently serves as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Since 2019, Jennifer has been CLC’s primary grant writer, helping secure essential funding to support and grow the organization’s programs.
Prior to joining CLC, Jennifer served as Vice President of Education at United Way of Western Connecticut, where she led education initiatives, partnerships, and grant-making efforts. Her earlier roles include positions at St. Luke’s LifeWorks (now Inspirica) and United Way in the Kansas City metro area, with responsibilities in fundraising, marketing, volunteer engagement, and program development.
Jennifer is completing the Professional Fundraising Certificate program at Boston University and holds a BBA in Management from Washburn University.
