Jaclyn Williams is an operations professional at Spectrum Communications, a telecommunications and mass media company. She also brings more than 15 years Human Resource and Talent Acquisition experience. That work has included developing and implementing highly effective strategies to ensure department goals are met, leading change management efforts for transitioning recruiting strategies, building strong internal partnerships, developing highly productive teams, and implementing new processes that deliver previously unachievable results.
With a life-long dedication to civic engagement and a life-time commitment to community service, politics, and social justice, Jaclyn has served on several boards, committees and commissions to impact change and ensure her community has a voice. Currently she serves on the personnel commission for the city of Stamford and Charter Oaks Advisory board.
