Ipashri is a Functional Nutritional Therapist specializing in the field of Autoimmune Disease. She runs a holistic, lifestyle intervention clinic, called Nourish Healthy Lifestyles. Her practice works with the increasing numbers of chronic, lifestyle mediated illnesses. Ipashri has successfully helped people around the world improve their health and their quality of life by nutritionally supporting their bodies so that they can heal. Ipashri is currently consulting with The Center for Functional Medicine in Stamford as well as with Essence for Wellness in Miami.
Ipashri has been serving on the board of directors for India Cultural Center (ICC), based in Fairfield County, since 2015. She was a member of the executive board, as the treasurer, for several years and helped grow the scope and reach of the organization’s children’s education outreach program.
Ipashri started her career in finance, after earning her Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics. She also holds a degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition based in London and an undergraduate degree in computer science.
Ipashri currently lives in Greenwich with her husband and has two daughters.
