Sheila Alfaro was elected as the new Head Start Policy Council Chairperson on September 25, 2024. The Alfaro family is newly enrolled to CLC. Sheila’s children, Nico and Noah Alfaro are four-year-old twins.
Sheila is a Hispanic-American from Stamford and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is a dedicated working parent, she is self-employed as a housekeeper.
